... Like a slightly chalky Tang-type drink. But that is a good thing. So the taste is fine, could be fortified with some vitamins and minerals - that would have helped. A recommended 250 gram serving was a bit much for me (920 calories) ... so I am using @ 160 grams which comes out to around 600 calories, 32 grams protein & 3 grams fat.This above mix satisfied a "hungry man" better than all these 100 calorie whey proteins on the market.

A bit deceptive

The seller of my product promoted that the product was 10 Lbs when in fact it was only 8 Lbs. This product, from what I know, only comes in 8 Lb containers. Had I known it was only going to be 8 Lbs, I would have gotten the product for a little cheaper than I got it, but from another retailer.Make sure the retailer is being specific with its information. My seller, "Nutricity," probably stated it was 10 Lbs because it was including the container's weight. In fact, that was inaccurate as well, as UPS weighed it at 11 Lbs. Nevertheless, the point being, is that the actual powder that came in the container was only 8 Lbs.
