Quality issues & no replacement parts

I ordered two sets of these chairs. One set clearly had been a return. It was not properly packaged and as a result was damaged in shipping.- The rocking motion on multiple chairs is loud and very rough.- Multiple chairs did not lock to the frame with the base when assembled. This means that if you pick up the chair, the base falls off. This appears to have been because it was taken apart to return.- As with C. Houston, one chair the parts did not line up to allow one chair to be assembled.The manufacturer is hard to reach. I filled out a form on their website and it took 6 days to get a response. I've called multiple times and reached no one. It appears there are no replacement parts available for these chairs at this time.If you ever need a replacement part, you might be out of luck. I am also very disappointed that Amazon would sell a returned product as new, especially without fixing the defects and repackaging it properly.

No Customer Service... No spare parts...

No Customer Service... No spare parts...Order these chairs 2 months ago. I contacted the seller just the day after I received my shipment since one of the chairs did not come with the nuts to assemble it. I was told not to return it since they were going to send me the part. After completing forms, took/sent pictures and several phone calls and followed up by emails to 'Brandice@yotrious.com', 'LaTonya@yotrious.com' (They both seemingly left the Company) and 'richard@yotrious.com' I am still waiting on the requested part and the 30 days period per Amazon Policy to return this item has expired...As have had same problem buying an umbrella from this Seller, my recommendation is: do not buy anything from brand STRATHWOOD or anything manufactured by YOTRIO Corporation 1-866-905-4107 Toll Free (626) 923-1093 Direct Line (626) 923-1095 Fax

Outdoor comfort

I have been in search for comfortable outdoor chairs for a very long time and I'm happy to say I've found them! The swivel/rock action is very smooth, the cushion is very thick, and if your having concerns about no back cushion, don't worry, it doesn't need one. I enjoyed these so much I just ordered a second set. Highly recommend.
