My #1 cologne for past 4 years

Just returned from Paris where i sampled all the latest from Thierry Mugler. Angel Men is still my #1 favorite without any allergic reactions such as itching and the best part is ... women love the scent (at least on me). BTW, with the current Euro to dollar exchange rate EVERYTHING is cheaper on amazon.com than in ANY of the Paris shops, even if they give you a discount and even after getting back the tax at customs. So if you are an American planning a shopping trip to France STAY HOME, SHOP AT AMAZON. You'll save money, avoid jet lag and you won't have to take your shoes off or be body scanned at the airports!

I'm not sure.

I read someone's review mentioning that their was a few discrepancies with the colorand intensity of the cologne to the ones he buys in stores. I've been wearing this scentfor over two years and I've also noticed before reading the other reviews that the intensity of thecologne wasn't not as usual. Also I don't know why the box has barred out info. It just looks weird.I'm not sure this is an authentic product.

Affordable and acceptable!

They are pretty good, the oem bar on my Kawasaki vn1500 was tweaked from being dropped when I bought it. this solved that acceptable, it lacks the "weight" of OEM bars so it likely lacks the steel, but it has a good width and length that got me to a more comfortable position. this needed drilling for the grips, the benefit is this let me rotate them to where I wanted them, not where they would think I want them.I would buy it again!

Modern Battery, Antique Motorcycle

I ordered this to replace a conventional lead-acid battery on my 1981 Harley Superglide. The battery arrived dry and was a good fit. You will have to install battery acid with the included acid-bottle fill system. When you are done, you will then have a maintenance free battery. First, remove the cap strip that covers the holes on the battery. Then place the battery on a level surface. Next, remove the plastic strip that covers the holes on the acid bottle. Don't worry, the acid bottle holes are still sealed by foil membranes under the strip. Keep this strip and do not remove the foil membranes. Tilt the bottle up over the battery fill holes. Now force the bottle straight down into the holes. The membranes will be pierced by sharpened nipples inside of the holes. The acid will then flow uniformly into the battery. Leave the bottle and battery alone for a few minutes. The bottle will empty and a perfect quantity of acid is now installed into each cell. Next, remove the bottle and install the cover strip that was initially removed from the bottle onto the battery. My battery had enough charge to run the starter but I trickle charged it to top it off. Finally, start the hawg and then ride it like you stole it!

I bought a low end battery and continued to have starting issues. This battery was about $40 more, but really cranks my Modified engine. 310CCA's!

Great Helmet!

(this is a review I wrote for a dirt bike forum; please excuse the length)I really like my SPX and am impressed with the quality of workmanship. I had been in the market for a new helmet and I tried on my son's SPX and loved it, so I started to look for one for myself. I wanted a solid color (white, actually) but couldn't find a good enough deal (it turns out that solids retail for more initially (!?) and stay high priced since they don't change year-to-year).Well, I saw a great deal on a red SPX on Amazon Prime ($64.99 delivered!) and pulled the trigger. I received the helmet 3 days later and was blown away with the quality and looks. BTW, I'm guessing this helmet that I bought in October 2010 was last year's model which partially explains the price. If you're looking for this kind of deal, you have to be a little patient.I did make one mistake: I ordered my normal size-large; I should have gotten an XL. The ironic thing is that my son's helmet is an XL and it fit perfectly, I just had a brain-fart when I ordered mine a couple of months later. (for the record, my head is 23-5/8" and oval. The large was insanely tight on me). The seller (Powersport Superstore- Austin, Texas) was gonna take it back, no questions asked, but I decided to keep it. FYI, HJC sells different cheek and head pads also. The reason I decided to keep it is that I modify all my helmets: the cheek pads are ALWAYS too tight (slightly overweight here) so I remove some material from the back of 'em, and I do the Dick Burleson-recommended chin bar padding removal. And I would not recommend doing either procedure with this helmet (chin bar padding has energy-absorbing foam under it- more for structural support I think, but it complicates things). Get the right size.The main feature of this helmet is venting. And it is definitely superior in this area to any other motorcycle helmet I have ever worn. In fact, it comes close to venting as well as my downhill mountain bike helmet does. It's that good. Actually, in the winter, I sometimes opt for my older THH because the SPX vents too well.The helmet is very comfortable. The strap is very supple and the D-rings are very easy to use. The eye port is very wide, and the rubber roost-guard thingy is not too ungainly. The visor is integrated into the helmet and makes it very "finished" looking.I have one negative comment but it is with almost all helmets sold in the last 10 years: weight. I weighed my helmets from the 1990's and I came with an average weight of 2.60lbs. The new-millennium helmets all weigh more than 3lbs and the Lg SPX weighs 3.49lbs. I don't know where this weight-creep is coming from (maybe Snell driven?) but I wish the manufactures would start taking weight seriously. BTW, size-large helmets typically weigh the most since they use the large shells with the thickest padding (an XXL will weigh less usually). I'm am not a big Snell Memorial Foundation standard believer either, after that MCN article in 2003. We need a dirt standard.I don't think that 5-star ratings really have enough granularity to tell much about an item. If I was gonna rate this helmet on a 100-scale, I'd give it a 98. I did give it a 4 for comfort, just because of my mistake in ordering the wrong size- besides, if I gave it 5's across the board, I'd look like cheerleading tool, don'cha think?

At this price, a fine shock

My BMW K75S had 60K on the stock rear shock. After replacing with the Progressive 412, I took a ride on a country road with some pretty patchy asphalt and minor chuckholes. I noticed an absence of pogoing, bottoming and jolts from abrupt changes.At this price, I was a bit sceptical but now I intend to re-valve and re-spring my forks. In turns, the welcome slight increase in rear ride height increased turn-in confidence.I know...no damping adjustments, but who races a BMW triple?My Ducati SS might get a little less mileage these days!

Progressive 412-4015B shocks

I was very impressed with on my first ride with this shock, it was a total new ride on my K75S, my old shocks were mushy and I had to ride very gently to avoid bottoming.Easy installation and great support from Progressive Tech crew.Be aware that this shock is going to raise your motorcycle by about 1/2-3/4in.I highly recommend this shock.

Very Nice, Sturdy, and Solid piece of Baby Furniture

We purchased this product on Amazon about $80 cheaper than even Walmart is offering it. This is the sturdiest piece of compressed wood type furniture that I have ever bought and assembled. It took me quite some time to complete the assembly (as every facet of the piece comes unassembled, incuding drawers, rails, etc.) However, my wife and I are VERY pleased with the outcome and would recommend this product to anyone in the market for baby furniture that will last.

Only suitable for flat pack ninjas

This is the rubix cube of flat pack furniture. Not many people complete it but those that do feel superior to those that tried and failed.A masterclass in over engineering with a disregard for the poor suffering customer or husband that has to put this beast together. I probably lost 15hrs of my life in the effort.Poor instructions and hundreds of individual parts make this the ultimate flat pack challenge. The warning should read "only suitable for flat pack ninjas". Mere mortals shouldn't even try this one.

nice piece of furniture, once you get it put together

Similar to what other people have been saying, I had a hard time putting this together. I thought the directions were clear, there were good pictures of everything and all the parts were labeled, there were just SO MANY pieces. If you are patient and organized you can do it without much frustration, but it takes a lot of time. In my specific experience I read the directions while my husband and father each worked on putting pieces together. We spent about 3 hours putting it together that first night, but we had several damaged pieces in the box, so we had to leave it until the replacement pieces came. When I called the company they were very nice, I just told them which pieces I needed and she took care of it free of charge. She sent me an email confirmation and tracking info. Unfortunately it took them about 2 weeks to actually ship the new parts, and a third week for them to get to me. This meant for me that my living room was full of parts and pieces waiting for this shipment to get here. When it finally got here all the correct pieces were there and in good condition. I finished putting the table together myself, but it took me a few more hours. I'm still glad I picked this table, I like that all the doors and drawers hide away the clutter, and that it can be a dresser when we are done using it as a changing table. It was a hassle to have to wait for those parts for 3 weeks, but if you plan far enough ahead, that shouldn't be a big problem.

Best springs available for your Motorcycle!

Plus, the price is excellent. I just ran these upgraded springs on the track and they brought new life to my aging sportbike's suspension (2002 Kawasaki ZX-9R). Awesome!

A lot of glove for the price

The glove is very comfortable and all leather which is uncommon for the price point. There is extra reinforcement in just about any conceivable place it would be needed and is pitted and vented for warmer weather. These run small so you'll probably want to go up a size when ordering (they're like Rev'its in that regard). The interior is comfortable too with a soft fleece lining and the double velcro tab closure and 360 degree wrist strap allow you to cinch the glove down securely.

High quality product.

Fits the bike fine however seat installation/removal is a little tight. Be sure to have angle adjustment set fairly far back to ease placement. Readjust angle adjustment to your liking after seat is in place. Well built. Looks good. Prompt delivery by seller.

Bright Night Light

I used this light for about 6 months in the Caribbean. I only have positive things to say about it. The two intensity settings are useful for conserving battery power. It's rugged and it's bright. No leaks. There are some newer contenders out there that will outshine this one (on paper and in the wallet), but I haven't tried 'em yet. Still, this light has been dependable for me AND for the fair-weathered dive buddies I've lent it to. So it's gonna to stay with me for now.

A Very Nice Light

Living 15min from a coral reef you just have to scuba!! This means getting all of the gear, a kit that is not complete without lights.The E-Led has a nice beam, bright, with a pleasant color balance. We also have the UK HID Light Cannon that while notably brighter, is also quite a bit more blue. The E-LED is a lot easier on the batteries, no trouble with a series of dives.Build quality is great, seals are robust with no hint of a leak during more than a few dives with the light.A great product!

Great light but switch fails

This is an outstanding light unfortunately the switch is poorly designed and prone to failure. UK has a very good customer service and will repair or replace it WHEN it fails, mine failed on a wreck dive, had to use my backup. I can not recomend this light until it is redesigned with a better switch.

back up

The back up is easily installed and worked fine. I did lean back a little too hard one day and bent the hinge pin that holds the springs but it still works. I preferred a lower position than was available for lumbar support so I cut 1.5 inches off each of the steel plats that bolt together for height adjustment and drilled new mounting holes. Other bikes without such a deep dished seat probably would not need this and 30+ years ago I probably would not have changed it. If you are under 60 it is probably fine as is.
