It also tapers from the bolster to the tip to give the knife enhanced strength and flexibility. Even more, Wusthof knives offer sharp, precisely tempered blades that allow the knife to hold its edge for an extremely long time (while still being easy to maintain). Another thoughtful detail includes the full-tang handle, which comes riveted for strength; ergonomically designed for a secure, comfortable grip; and handcrafted from African Grenadill wood (African Blackwood)--one of the hardest types of wood, which expands and contracts less than most traditional woods. Ikon knives also feature a rear bolster that acts as a counter balance during use for added control, as well as a forward bolster that makes it possible to sharpen the complete length of the blade. Simply Superb! An useful heirloom!

[Wustof Ikon 7" Hollow-edge Blackwood Handle] I am fortunate to own several high quality knives for cooking. I always wondered about Santoku designs and decided to try this one. It's perfect. I find that day in and day out I grab this one first and use it most often. The balance is perfect. The blade permits razor thin cuts of most anything, including garlic. Moreover, the cut is like a surgical incision. Yes, the Blackwood handle adds substantial extra cost but it's truly beautiful. I imagine passing these knifes down a generation or two.

It is hard to buy clothes over the internet when you can't see it. I bought this sweatshirt for my nephew and had it sent directly to him, with the fear it would be cheap fabric, lightweight or way too small.But it was perfect! The tree arrived quickly and in great condition via FedX. The only complaint I have is that the tree is not as lush as the picture depicts. You can see through the branches at the base and it was hard to cover up the pole in the middle of the tree. The quality is very good though and the lights are perfectly placed. Had I had the time, I would have returned it for another tree from this seller that more tips.

I Do Like It

I am pleased overall with this Cubby Storage Unit. It is perfect in my foyer where I had planned to put it. Solid wood throughout and it is stable. However, there is a very strong smell to it like other reviewers have stated. That is the reason for the four stars. I am hoping the smell will dissipate but I would not recommend putting it in a bedroom or closet right away. It may need several weeks to air out first. The product is not defective or anything. It just has been treated to withstand the outdoor weather. The one situation where I would not recommend it at all is if you are very sensitive to the smell of chemicals.

I am very pleased with this shelving unit. I used it to help separate the toys in my little boys room. It helped organize his train set pieces from his hot wheels cars and play tools. It also functions as a night stand where I place his lamp and various photos on top. It's sturdy and looks better than the picture indicates.

Great, all wood and DOESN'T smell

This is perfect in my pantry t o hold the kids backpacks and winter gloves/hats/lunch boxes. Pretty easy to put together too. I saw a lot of reviews that said it smells like chemicals, but that was not the case for me. All I can think is it is made of cedar, which has a pleasant odor to me. Also, it doesn't have a shiny finish so you could easily paint it any color you would like.Anywa, it keeps the clutter out of my closet so I love it!

One of the Best Megatrons Out There

I was gonna do this after I reviewed RID Air Attack Optimus Primal but Amazon didn't upload it. So might as well do this one before I forget. This is by far the most advanced Megatron on the market. We haven't gotten a six-changer since G1 Sixshot. His forms are as follows: Car, Jet, Bat, Dragon, Hand (?), and a robot mode. I prefer jet, hand, and robot mode. It would be nice to have him but the only RID figure I have is RID Spychanger Optimus Prime which is a repaint of RID Scourge. I recomend it for half the modes and for display on my shelf assuming I don't get Amok Time Gort first.

Great basket

My 4 month old son has been sleeping in this basket since he was born and love it. It's great that I can put him high on the kitchen table to keep my 2 year olds fingers out of his face. i also like that it' s cozy I la my son down in it all the time wile doing dishes or laundry and he will lay there and laugh and smile. The fabric is very soft and the mattress is fine but nothing special. i highly recommend this basket. The canopy adds shade and seem to entertain my little guy.

Lovely, good quality set

This set is beautiful, good quality and less expensive than found in stores. We have now owned it for one year and are still very pleased with with it, as is our little one. The quilt is soft enough for baby's skin and provides nice contrast stimulation without the typical blk/red/wht pattern.

6 piece crib set review .

so we had a new baby on the way . and we were looking 4 a crib set . we read the reviews like we always do . and I highly recommend reading the reviews . they seem to be pretty helpful . when we got the crib set . it was pretty good or decent quality . was not disappointed with what we got so far .the only problem we had was with something called the mobile . this is the turnstyle or a little spinner thats its over the crib and turns to amuse the child . so they don't cry . there's a little plastic piece that is heat treated around a metal piece . if this piece ever had threads . they were not there anymore . there was no danger of anything falling on the child . but it would not turn all the time . so I put a little crazy glue on this plastic piece and re glued it to the metal piece . and it works great now . I don't know if this is a common problem . was not a big deal for me to do a quick fix . my girlfriend loves the set . all her friends and family says it looks great and cute .a very happy customer . I hope this helps you out . thank you very much .

perfect tint... NOT!!

i had high hopes based on the reviews of this sunscreen. i didnt know whether to laugh or cry when i saw the color of this "perfect tint". i am european white and i was mexican dark when i applied this. this is DARK!!! nothing natural looking at all. maybe if i had a dark summer tan or if i were to go down to the carribean and get a tan...but then why would i want a sunscreen?the one star is for the seller and arriving in original packaging.

Darker than expected

I was initially disappointed with how dark the product was - I have olive skin and it was way too dark to use alone, but mixed with the "plain" it works. I wish they had mentioned in the description that it is for darker skin, but they tout that it is perfect to blend for all skin types. I love the product, and have several bottles of the untinted in stock.

Surprisingly nice

I purchased this fan because my ceilings are a bit low. If I would have purchased the one with a short pole I would be too afraid to walk through my living room while it was one. My handyman who is quite experienced putting up ceiling fans installed this one for me. Although it hugs close to the ceiling, there is a tiny gap between the ceiling and the base. It's super quiet on every speed. I ran it for a substantial amount of time and it felt quite pleasant.I also purchased a remote control unit with this because running into fan strings in the middle of the living room is kind of played out. My handyman installed the unit next to my light switch on the wall and now I'm good to go. Thus far, no issues. I highly recommend this fan because it's economical, it's perfect for low ceilings, the remote control works perfectly with this and it's super quiet. When you're watching a movie, you don't want to hear your fan blades. You won't go wrong with this one.(I will update this review if I run into any problems).

Nice low profile ceiling fan

Install was simple enough. First ceiling fan I have ever installed and everything went smoothly. Followed the included directions, easy enough. Great addition to my room. Also installed a wireless remote with thermostat control with the fan (Westinghouse 7787400 Thermostat Ceiling Fan and Light Remote Control for Fans, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000N1DM9M/ref=oh_details_o04_s01_i00) and works perfectly. I think this combo will save me money on heating / cooling, probably pay for itself in a few years.

DESIGN HOUSE HUGGER FAN

WORKS GET, ALTHOUGH THE DIRECTIONS WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN TO GREAT FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER INSTALL A CEILING FAN BEFORE. THEY DO NOT COVER ALL THE DIFFERNT COLORS OF WIRING THAT THE DIFERENT SYSYTEMS MIGHT THE CUSTOMER MIGHT HAVE COMING OUT OF THEIR CEILING BOX.

nice tarp that is pretty lightweight. I used it to cover my pool and removed after all the leaves were down because I don't think it would have made it a winter in the ice.
