The best shoe on the market for walking/standing. I am on my feet for 8 hrs or more a day as a bank guard. Very comfortable and shock absorbing. Feet and legs feel good after a shift. Not my first pair and will not be my last. A 60 year old could not ask for any better.

Rockport disappointment

I bought this shoe to replace my old World Tour Classic, hoping that it would be something similar. It turned out to be far from it. It does not have a strong support on the sides, nor does it have the orthopedic support. It is certainly not "engineered" to fit well.Similar in shape but much inferior in quality, perhaps this was thought as a cheap alternative to the WTC. It's no wonder that Rockport does not advertise it on its own website.In the end, I ended up buying another pair of WTC. I wonder why Rockport has such a model in the first place.

Super attractive

We redid our bathroom. Complete new look and went with a frameless shower. This gave us not only something to hang on to, since there is no frame, but a place to put shampoo etc.as well. Even if it was totally useless I love the way it looks. So much more stylish than the ordinary grab bars. And much more practical as well. Realyl gives our shower an even more upscale look. Very happy with it. Only down side is that the installer inadvertently left a small scratch on it and you can see that there is chrome underneath. A tiny bit of touch up paint will take care of that though.

Love this doll!!

I am so happy I purchased Penny Brite. The doll with all the clothes and accessories as well as the case was more than worth the price. It really brought back childhood memories. Who cares that the legs don't bend like the original? I'm not six anymore either, but the warm memories of playing with dolls like this with my sister are priceless.

I just bought this sauna and I am very impressed. The customer service is exceptional and they work closely with you to make sure you are getting the right sauna for you - a customized experience. They have a wide range of options - you can spend alot or a little. I personally chose the standard package - more than enough for me. I am a satisfied customer.I moved here from Finland when I was 13 and just moved into a new house with space for this sauna. In our culture the sauna was always built first, and then the house later - this is a cornerstone to our culture, so it was important that I get the right one for my home. It is important to note that this is NOT an infared sauna - infared saunas are inferior and and have the potential to be dangerous as it expel large amount of radioactive energy in an enclosed area. They are a subpar and cheap alternative to the real thing. This is a true sauna with thick cedar boards and top of the line Harvia heaters.A DVD is included and installation was not too challenging. I do random projects around the house, but am no construction specialist. If I could pull it off, you can do it too.It doesn't get any better than this. This is closest thing to a Finnish sauna nestled away in the woods. Benchmark this sauna and compare it to the rest - you will find that this is the best value in terms of quality, price, and customer service. The cedar smell is soooo great. trouble with cd blank brand writing

This is a really fine unit with one exception. I attempted to write to some older Imation blank CD-Rs and the unit didn't recognize the blank as existing. After calls to Imation (Memorex) and Iomega, I learned that the Iomega does not support all manufacturers' products. Worse, the tech with whom I spoke had no idea as to who's discs this unit might support. Buy discs locally with the reservation that they may be returned if this Iomega unit doesn't recognize them.

WORKS FLAWLESSLY RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!!

I just got ths drive yesterday, and was skeptical because I had just bought a different drive a couple days before that and had to return defective. Anyway, this drive is very well built, and easy to hook up, with no drivers needed for windows vista. Please note be careful when connecting the power plug to the unit.....it has an s-video type connector and must be alligned properly so you don't bend the pins. I have burned quite a few video projects and have had no problems with it at all. I burns all projects at top speed, and is a real time saver. I would definetly recommend this product to other amazon members.

Doesn't work on Macs!

Just a warning to any mac users who are considering this - I couldn't find any info on Amazon about system compatibility, but then saw this item in Mac Zone & figured it would be ok. I just got it today & have to send it back now - I contacted Iomega's live chat to see if drivers were available, or if they made a similar item for Macs, and was sorely disappointed in their customer service. The rep was very slow to reply, only answered my first question, disconnected me when I signed back on with the second question, and finally answered me when I signed on a third time with a new name. Frankly I was shocked, I'm not used to such terrible customer service! Anyway I'm sure the unit is great for you pc folks, but I hope you don't have any technical problems & need to contact iomega for help!!I'm giving it 4 stars because I have to give it something, I honestly don't know how good it is though.

Be a pro in your own kitchen

I struggled to decide between the thermal model and this model, and eventually purchased this model. I have used the thermal model in the past, so I was able to compare the two when I got my new one. Unless you are a true professional, requiring extended hot and cold whipped contents, the non-thermal model (this one) is actually the better of the two units. For one, it is significantly smaller than it's thermal brother, yet holds the same amount of liquid (.5L). Therefore, it fits in the refrigerator better, and is easier to manage for shaking, and dispensing. Secondly, the benefits of the thermal model are only noticeable if you keep it stored permanently in your refrigerator (empty), and pull it out when you want to use it (for cold contents). I don't need to keep cold whipped cream on the table for four hours, so I enjoy storing this unit in the cupboard. A simple hot water bath will keep your non-thermal contents warm for extended periods.There is nothing better than home-made whipped cream, and mousse. This device will make that process so much faster, more consistent, and will allow you to store the contents neatly and cleanly while you use it. You won't believe the improvement and ease of use until you use one yourself.Exceptional construction and materials, well worth the price.

Has a nice feel to it and nice sound; recommended

This contents of this review are based on that fact that this keyboard costs under $200. Just knowing that it costs under $200 should tell you right off the bat this is not for a professional musician, nor will it have professional quality and tone.However, if you are like me and just beginning or even perhaps an intermediate musician looking for a practice keyboard, this is probably the keyboard you want to buy.I tried out many many keyboard in the $200 price range and this is the ONLY one I would buy. If it were not for this keyboard, I would have spent over $500 on a Yamaha.What I like about this is the keyboard has a semi-weighted feel to the keys and the piano tones are very lush and nice. The organ tones as well are awesome.After using it for a few months the keys are starting to 'crackle' a little and realistically this keyboard could probably only stand about 3-4 years of use before it breaks down.I have no regrets at all about purchasing this. If I continue to play and enjoy playing, I will probably go out and buy a $700 range professional digital piano or keyboard down the road and sell this one or give it away.Also, you do need to purchase an a/c power supply (so add another $20) and probably a simple stand ($25). So make sure you factor in another $45 for accessories.If you are the type of person who likes to buy once and have a product for life, this may not be what you are looking for. I would recommend a higher quality instrument.If you just want to start playing right away and don't have a big budget, this is the ONE keyboard to get. Quite frankly, almost any keyboard under $200 is a piece of junk!

Excellent Value

This keyboard has great sound quality rivaling more expensive electronic pianos. It has touch sensitive keys which allow for some expression. The keys are no where near as heavily weighted as an acoustic piano, but then you have a great set of tones that let you replace virtually any instrument in the band or just be the whole band! I love the "Grand Piano" tone and feel that it rivals the Yamaha at much lower cost. The three step lessons are great for those of us who read music. If my kids weren't already grown, they would be getting piano lessons on this instrument. No heavy furniture. No tuning. No big investment. I had to buy an adpater to plug this into the wall (common on Casios).

ideal to learn on

My last keyboard didn't really sound much like a piano, nor did it have enough keys (61). This really fits the bill and holds my attention. Really interested in getting back into playing and as I grew up with a piano I wanted something pretty similar. This is gorgeous sounding (esp. with headphones), a nice feel and an amazing list of fantastic sounds to boot. The 76 keys handles nearly any piano music and this baby performs nicely for the price. Yeah, it does not exactly feel like a piano but you aren't gonna toss a piano on your lap either. No buyers remorse here but a few caveats. You have to buy this with the power supply and pedal to really use it properly (assuming you have the stand and chair). Those extras don't come standard and you will need them. The pedal I used to use with my Yamaha works in reverse for this unit and other 9v power supplies don't have the guts to power it so beware...get the recommended accessories.

humidors made simple!!

I have been using the cigar oasis for about 1 year now. It has made my cigar maintenace a simple pleasure. The oasis has kept my humidor at 70% humidity for the entire year. I have replaced the water container 3 times so I am getting about 4 months for each refill. That means including the water my total cost of maintenece has been less than $45 annually. Keep in mind that I have 1 oasis humidifying a 300 cigar humidor that is opened at least once a day. The only issue I have had is that the metal contact ends in the oasis that the power cord plugs into are very delicate. One was damaged when I moved the oasis. Luckily there are two contacts and it still functions perfectly.

Had to replace after 1 year

Right after the warranty expired it started acting erratically. Contacted manufacturer, they advised putting it in a Tupperware container for 2 - 3 minutes. Next disconnect and reconnect. None of these worked, they said if I could find it cheaper on EBay, go for it. I had the option of returning the unit and for $34.00 they would refurbish and return. Cannot recommend this product with confidence.

Relatively Accurate

Had trouble keeping humidity level accurate with cheap sponge type humidifiers that came with my humidor. Got the Oasis XL.It maintains rather well. I made the mistake of putting it in a large box of cigars that were too dried out (my humidor may have been dried out as well). Ruined a bunch, outer wrappers were cracking. My mistake for not easing it in.For those concerned with it not being accurate over time, that is to be expected. I work in building controls and automation. High end humidity sensors that I install need to be calibrated on a bi-yearly or yearly basis at worse. Even then, we are looking to be +/- 2-5% RH. I also replace sensors every 5 years on average.Don't expect this to be super accurate for years, and in a few years I will probably replace it anyway.But I do like it, and would reccomend it for larger humidors (100-200 cigars).

convenient but leaks

I bought this item for a hunting trip. It comes with several velcro straps and fit perfect on my ATV the spout is spring loaded so it wont spill as you are lining it up with the gas opening. Really smart. The only problem I encountered was that the gas leaks through the threads. I solved this problem by inserting a sheet of plastic between spout and threads when in storage or transport. Overall I am very satisfied. Don't trust the rubber grommet. Get a good thickness of sheet plastic to ensure no leaks. Also if you have the water carrier, as I do, put the water on top so you don't contaminate your drinking water.

Classic, comfy snow slippers

For casual winter use, this old style pac boot design is hard to beat. It's easy to see why they're a popular seller. They feel like a pair of waterproof, insulated snow slippers--they don't provide much cushioning or support, but give your feet the freedom they crave--especially if you have wide feet like mine.A potentially misleading description in the "Product Features" is that they're described as having "full grain embossed" leather uppers. According to the International Union of Leather Technologists and Chemists Societies web site, full grain leather means "Leather bearing the original grain surface as exposed by removal of the epidermis and with none of the surface removed by buffing, snuffing or splitting."They don't mean full grain, embossed leather. It would be more accurately described as light weight leather that has been embossed to simulate the appearance of full grain leather.Pros:1. Light weight, warm, waterproof2. Amost as comfortable as a pair of slippers3. The wide toebox accomodates wide feet3. Low profile "herringbone" tread is great for snowshoeing and doesn't accumulate snow4. Well stitched (at least my pair was)Cons:1. Compared to my old Sorels, the toe box has a slightly lower "ceiling," which results in a more snug fit and makes it difficult to reinsert the felt liner--at least when the boots are new. This is probably a minor point.2. The boots don't provide much cushioning or foot support, and so may not be suitable for extended use for people who need extra support.3. The flap/loop that holds the bottom of the bootlace will trap snow and moisture, providing an entry point for moisture once the waterproofing breaks down. This is a design flaw.4. The rubber bottoms are susceptible to punctures and will not be as durable as some winter boots. This is the tradeoff you get for comfort and flexibility.Overall, this is a good light use snow boot (although some people wear them all day long). They work well with snowshoes and are suitable for light winter hiking, running errands, working in the yard, etc. Due to their lack of support and cushioning and low breathability, they are less suitable for extended use or hiking on bare ground.Notes:My pair was true to size. I wear a 10 1/2 EE but the 11D's fit well.The -40F rating is optimistic for long term exposure. These aren't expedition boots.

Great Snow Boot

This is a great deal for a leather waterproof boot. My only disappointment is that a boot like this is made in China. Im a size 9, but I ordered a size 10 so I could slip the boots on and grow into them. I am glad I ordered them big. If I tighten the laces they are snug. These boots have that great L.L. Bean look. I got them free shipping from Moosjaw. this is a comparable price on amazon, but moosjaw happened to have an additional 25% off eal at the time. The caribu boot looks almost thesame besides the white fur.this boot is not to good for hiking, but is great for walking of shoveling in the snow. the rubber base is tuff, but the tread is minimal.

Nice basic winter boot

I normally wear a 13 wide, found a pair of these on the clearance rack in a 14, tried them on for giggles and they actually fit well.I agree with others who have stated that they are comfortable like slippers but not especially supportive. Better for milling around camp than hiking.I've used them on camping trips down to -15F with no issues. I was probably wearing a single pair of good wool socks with them. I haven't had an opportunity to test them down to the rated temperature but I have no reason to think they wouldn't do ok. It depends on so many other factors anyways, activity levels, what else you're wearing, your own metabolism and circulation etc.Anyways I like the boots, they are easy to get into, easy to lace up with gloves on, and I feel like I'm prepared for any cold I might experience anywhere in NY where I live. They are overkill almost all the time downstate, but in the Adirondacks they're just what the doctor ordered...

If they can't see you with this, say your prayers!

This is about as good as it gets for a bicyle light. Very easy to install, and more importantly, easy to remove when you park the bike, since a lot of people are into five finger discounts. It's also important to be able to remove the power supply during hot Las Vegas Summers, to protect the battery. Since most of my biking is on lighted streets, I use the bright flashing mode, so on coming traffic can see you. Easy to recharge, and again, well thought out mounting devices.

Best bike light I have owned

This is by far the best bike light I have ever owned. There are several settings for it, but the brightest setting is perfect for country road or night mountain biking. I have been out at 10:00 p.m. and have perfect vision on very dark, windy roads. For the money, you just can't go wrong with this light and of course it's rechargeable. I highly recommend it.

Super bright Bike Light!

Best and brightest Bike light I have had. This is one of the best and portable long lasting light I have seen and used. It is one well made product that is pure pleasure to use. Use it on my bicycle twice a week for about a year now going back and forth to work. Can see everything clearly at night and being seen from a mile a way. If you need a proper light that is portable and easy to use, most definitely consider getting yourself this Light system. You will enjoy it years to come!!!
