5HQ Amp
By Mike B
This amp rocks, it fits the bill as a perfectly portable practice amp with high quality parts. From the speaker to the circuitry this thing screams quality. And for the price, it screams BUY ME!Great clean soundGreat overdrive that gets that AC/DC sound just right, and can be chunky and perfect for metal when cranked to 10.TREBLE MID BASS independent dials for each.NO REVERB - I hate it personally. Some might want it though.Headphone outHigh Quality Speaker - This thing won't blow when you turn the volume up.All in all a great buy and highly recommended!

5Big sound in a small package
By T. Holderle
The first amp I received had a nasty rattle in the speaker. But, a quick contact to the seller had a new one on its way. I received the replacement within a week. It's flawless. Great sound.

4Amp for Mandolin
By mdshec
I am not the best of musicians so take this with a grain of salt. I bought this to be able to mix my Mandolin with my computer so the sound of my mandolin does not drown out the computer volume and I would be able to actually listen to what I was playing instead of feeling what I was playing. You know the Quit Riot song "come on feel the noise". Well I wanted to hear it to make sure it sounded right. Now that I found the sweet spot for the Barcus-Berry Outsider pick-up on my Loar LM-520 this amp produces some very good clean sound and volume. I am really impressed with the little guy. The amp does what is needed but I have noticed that without the overdrive turned on it does not put out much volume and I can't tell if I am hearing my instrument or the amp, I guess that is good. So I have been leaving the overdrive set at less then 1 for best sound reproduction. Turn up the overdrive past 2 and wow - shredding on a mandolin.
