I'd receive this windshield for my old scooter Yamaha Crypton, good product heavy, strong but I'd losed 4 hours to understand the assemble, 'cause there's no instructions to do so.

Nice screen, crummy bracket - Too big for an SYM HD200

I bought this windshield for an SYM HD200, which is a reasonably large scooter. Even so, this screen is a bit too tall for this scooter as it ends up right at my eyeline if I use the included mirror-mount brackets. However, that is not going to be a problem because the mounting system that comes with this screen is so incredibly flimsy as to be useless. The bracket mounts to the bottom of the mirrors, using a pair of extensions that raise the mirrors up about 1" or so. This puts way too much load on the mirrors and allows the windscreen to vibrate aggressively, even while idling. In no time at all, the set screws start to vibrate loose and the windscreen starts flopping around. Very dangerous if you happen to be doing 70mph on the freeway!In the end I had to fabricate my own brackets out of thick aluminum bar to mount the windscreen to the hefty bolts that hold the turn signals on. This lowers the windscreen about 10", making it the perfect height. The screen itself has excellent optical qualities and a great shape that moves the wind right ove the driver's head, even when mounted low.
