Bakup Fully-Adjustable Driver Backrest

First, the negative about the Bakup Fully-Adjustable Driver Backrest: It's pricy. Everything else about it is an emphatic positive. It is worth every penny! I first purchased a competitor's similar backrest because it was cheaper, but you do indeed get what you pay for. When the "other brand" backrest arrived, I surveyed both its appearance and the materials used, especially the vinyl covering, and decided I would rather go without than mount it. It was returned promptly and the Bakup ordered. Besides its "quality" appearance that matches the seat material, the bracing material is brushed stainless steel and does not clash with the chrome on the bike as one might expect. There is also a vinyl sleeve to fit over the adjustment mechanism to hide it. The adjustments are easy to make too.The biggest advantage to using the Bakup is surprisingly not the comfortable ride it provides, but the safety feature of the bracing back support. It quells any lurking concern you have about losing control while riding if you loosen your grip or relax your body too much. It also dramatically cuts down on shoulder and neck stress. Buy it and you won't be disappointed. Make sure to first shop around as the price range is significant. As with most biking accessories purchased, mine was purchased through AMAZON. com. because the company holds its sellers to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
