rotor description confusing

The price for this motorcycle rotor is the lowest I've seen on the internet. However, the product description shows the rotor as 13.70" in length and 13.20" in width. It must be a typo or someone needs to explain how a round rotor has two different diameters and which dimension is correct before I make the purchase.
