It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Seattlbooks50. When Ipurchased this modem from Amazon they sent an email saying it couldbe as much as 15 business days before the product would be delivered.I contacted the seller Seattlebooks50 and requested as quich a deliveryas possible. Not only did they ship on the day they received my plea,but they upgraded my delivery to Priority Mail at their expense! Onedoes not encounter this kind of response from a business outlet. Inmy book Seattlebooks50 is definitely a 5 star supplyer.
