I prefer these when I dont have to spend long hours in work clothes. I wear my shorts and boots underneath. Alwaqys buy 2 sizes bigger than your jean sizes. You may even want 3 sizes bigger.

great work wear

I bought these for my husband who is a welder. He needed overalls that unsnapped on the leg to be able to get them on and off over his boots. These work well for him. He has washed them only once so far and they seem to be holding up and wearing well. Good price, good value.

What can be said about a post?

I bought the MAIL BOSS mailbox and this post is specifically made for the MAIL BOSS.I thought it was expensive until I contacted a local metal shop and asked what it would cost for them to make an equivalent post. It was going to cost $35 more than this one. That's $35 more, even including shipping charges for this one.I should add that the shop would not powder coat the post. The post in this review is powder coated for a very long lasting finish. My metal shop would simply spray paint it.Lastly, the post is made by the Mail Boss folks. It works perfectly and there's no mounting issues whatsoever. If you don't believe your time has any value I guess you could mess with a home-made post. I just felt I had bought a super, well-made mail box (the MAIL BOSS) and I wasn't about to spend extra time messing with an inferior mount.

My trusty kitchen knife

I've had this knife for years and it's fantastic!To start with, it is in the Japanese Gyuto (I appologize if spelling is off) style. That is the Japanese "chef" knife and is geared towards meat. The Al Mar's edge and spine curve slowly upward, which is not only beautiful, but puts a lot of edge on cutting board. The western style handle is very agreeable. The entire knife is light and probably has the best balance of any large kitchen knife I own.The steel is clad. I forget the Japanese term for it, but it's basically hard steel encased in softer stainless steel. That center steel is certainly hard. I had a tough time sharpening it the first year until the final edge was as low and even as I like it. I have had some issues with rust and don't exactly know why. Maybe it was left to air dry. Those few instances aside, it now is clean and beautiful.I would steer serious beginners to pros to the Al Mar. It takes a little bit of care, as does any kitchen knife, but it pays out in dividends. It takes down meat and vegetables with ease.This length is great for the home chef since a larger blade requires additional cutting board and counter-top space.
