Very nice!

These earrings are beautiful, nicely sized and sturdy. I'm in love with amber and this was a great buy. The only "but" is that I was under the impression that the amber was a globe (completely rounded), but when I received them I found out that they're only globe-like on the front and flat on the back.It's not a biggie though. I kept them and I really like them!

Gorgeous earrings for the fall!

Yeah, yeah, I know you can wear amber year-round, but there's just something about the color that reminds me of autumn leaves and windswept days.This earrings are NICE, much, much nicer than in the picture. I've been an amber fan for a long time, and I have several pairs of earrings. There was just something about the shape of these earrings that was unusual, and the amber itself was really interesting (amber being a natural material.)I was not disappointed! The earrings hang nicely off my earlobe, and for a change, they're very easy to see under my hair. The amber ovoid globe is a nice size, not tiny or chintzy, and the silver leverbacks are pretty and sturdy. They hold the earrings on just fine.If you can catch these earrings when Amazon is doing a 30 or 40 percent off sale (like I did :) ), I highly recommend you take the plunge. VERY well worth the price, and even better when they're marked down!

Lightweight But Not Light Duty

I purchased this item at $75 based upon recommendations from others who were extremely satisfied. First of all, this is a tiny hatchet, however, it is the finest made hatchet I have ever used. Gone are the days of toiling with cheaper sub-par equipment. I hesitated at the price initially, but it has been well worth it. At this price ($50) it is a steal. But watch out this axe is razor sharp (yes, you can shave with it) so watch your fingers. It comes with a comprehensive users guide and a full leather sheath. It is perfect for kindling, and can even be used as a spatula. It should be in every outdoorsman's collection.

Best Hatchet Of This Size

I'm sort of confused by some of the other reviews saying this hatchet it "tiny" and also that it weighs a pound.Mine is 14" long with a 3" cutting edge and weighs about a pound and a half.I have handled very few custom made hatchets that had as good an edge as this one and it is one of the most agressive choppers of any hatchet of this size I have ever tried.For me it's a little heavy for backpacking unless you were going in winter and needed to really chop a lot of wood for that I usually bring the Gransfors Bruks mini.

Doctors office soap

I bought a gallon because I saw that my Pediatrician used it in each of his exam rooms. I loved the smell and knew if he used it, it must be effective. There may be cheaper stuff out there but I think if you are washing your hands several times per hour all day long you need something that won't dry the skin on your hands. It's good stuff.
