5Very nice bag
By G. Borelli
The 17" macbook pro fits absolutely perfect into this bag. and while the bag looks small and slender, it can house a lot of stuff besides just the laptop and charger. It has several padded pockets (some zip) and a mesh seperator to keep things organized. I only have one complaint: the front flap is a little more ruffled/crumpled looking that the smooth looking picture. It doesn't look "bad" but not as clean looking as the product picture. As far as 17" computer bags go, this one is definitely the most stylish, while also being well made, bag on the market.

5Perfect Fit
By S. Korman
i just got this a week ago, and it's perfect for me. All the other bags I looked at had some kind of little problem and by looking at the pictures and details I thought this would work out just right and it has! I'll be going to college this fall so I needed something carry my stuff around in. I love the fact that the laptop goes in vertically making it look a lot slimmer, and it's with all my stuff in it's not too heavy (which was why I didn't really want a messenger bag, because it kills your shoulders after a while if its too heavy.) The clasps give me assurance that it won't rip or anything and I love the way the flap is, because it prevents any rain or snow or anything from getting in at all! The fabric on the outside is sturdy and the fabric on the inside where my MBP fits is soft and cushy. It has room for everything, my wallet, keys, ipod, pens/pencils, cell, a book or two and my laptop of course. I also love the color as well on the inside, although I was surprised as in reality it's a bright turquoise color. The only thing that might bother me when putting my laptop in is the fact that the strap the secures the laptop inside the case won't fit around a 15" it's made for a 13" even though it says it fits both.

3Aesthetics over function
By Samuel Hudnet
After almost 2 years of using this product on a daily basis I can say it has a number of design oversights that prevent it from being an excellent bag despite it's great material quality and good appearance. I generally carry around my 17" Macbook Pro as well as at least 2 books, a notebook, a notepad, a clipboard with some papers, and a large selection of stationery. Some PROS are:- Comfortable fit across the shoulder (I have to run or job with my bag sometimes - with this bag it rests perfectly on my back while maintaining it's "messenger bag" ease of use.)- Very durable (The strap just broke on me; it took less than half the time with similarly priced bags with metal or reinforced plastic strap hinges from Sony and local artisans in the Bay Area.)- Generally rainproof (Don't soak it in water, but I've walked in the rain for 30+ minutes with this bag out and the inside was still dry save the edge of the opening flap.)- Very spacious inner pockets and front pocket (I generally store about 22 pens/pencils/markers/brushes, my ipod or phone, some tea, earplugs, and some cloth sheets between the 3 open inner pockets, which are easy access, and there's room for more. The front pocket has room for earphones, camera cables, meds, snacks, ipod cables, dongle, clicker, and sometimes a small book. The hidden inner pocket is good for small items like usb sticks that could get lost easily.)- Secure flap (I've never had it pop open or get ripped open as it snagged when walking past something. The velcro is very secure, albeit in an odd shape.)Som CONS are:- No bag handle (This doesn't seem like much, but it's hard to pick up a heavy, packed bag with just that LONG strap.)- Laptop access is difficult with other items in bag (Pulling out or putting in my laptop when there are even just 2 books in the bag is a pain, and might require removing them first.)- Laptop access velcro stitching coming out, though still attached- Very limited space while carrying laptop (I STUFF my bag full to get in 2 slim books and my clipboard. Throw in a thin notebook and the closing velcro won't line up and the blue interior will show.)- Inner lining colours are very bright (Maybe this is good for girls, but as a guy it get's some surprised looks. I have the grey/blue option so it's baby blue. I'm still jarred by it's brightness sometimes. Not a good work bag unless you're in an artistic or informal setting.)- Items in open pocket can fall out when bag is upside-down. (I keep a lot of my markers, pens, and pencils in one pocket and they often slide out if the bag falls over.)- Top heavy when full (I usually have to lean it against something with the back side of it facing away from whatever it's leaning on - so not easy access when at rest.)Overall, it's nice and a refreshing break from those fat and wide messenger bags, but I'd recommend a more spacious bag to those who like to carry around much more than just their laptops.
