No more scrubbing

I can cook in this pan an wipe it clean with a paper towel. I would buy more if there was a smaller pan. I already have a 11 inch frying pan.

My favorite piece of cookware when I had a traditional cooktop was a Swiss Diamond saute pan. It heated so evenly and cleaned up like a dream. I hated to give it away when I got a new induction cooktop this fall, but was so excited to learn that Swiss Diamond has an induction line. We love this pan. Clean up is nearly non-existant.
