Tastes ok and delivers the protein without all those carbs. I mix it with 1/2 the recommended water so it tastes a bit better.

This is the best tasting protein powder I have tasted. Other brands are gritty and flavor tastes too fake. 4Ever is delicious with water, almond milk, over yogurt, in any smoothie, over oatmeal...many great uses. Really like this stuff!!!
