A great statue with a caveat or two

I almost never buy statues (I prefer action figures for posing) but this was far too cool not to purchase. He comes with an extra head and two swords (one with a scabbard).PACKAGINGThe box for this is HUGE - but also pretty neat. It's got something akin to a diorama behind it (of the moon) that presents Vergil in a nice background. The window gives you a good view of him. The statue is VERY secure in the box - it's taped down with a special sticky tape that doesn't appear to leave a residue. This statue, however, isn't meant to be in a box!LOOKThis really does look like Vergil. It has his snarky attitude and pose. The paint job is terrific (although it does kinda look like he's wearing eyeliner). The coat is as shiny/pearly as it looks in the pictures. The swords are great, too and very solid.His face carries his personality and is smooth and handsome. Realistically, he looks something like a cross between a "real" Vergil and the game version (hair isn't as big as in game).He seems pretty durable but he's not meant for play - the swords have sharp, hard points on them, so I don't recommend this for people with young kids.THE BADHe doesn't seem able to hold Force Edge (the non-katana sword). The pommel of Force Edge is too large to allow it entry into either of his hands, and I'm hesitant to force the hands open a bit more, so I have no way of making him hold it. That's a rather odd error on their part but the figure makes up for it in SHEER AWESOME power.OVERALLVergil looks great standing there, guarding your books, your other toys, etc. I've seen less detailed statues for a higher price - I think this one is worth the price, though check online to see other prices.I would give this 4.5 stars if possible.

i don't have this Virgil statue but would really like this for my collection i would buy him before i bought my matching dante that went with him i just don't think it's worth $400 maybe $200 the most but anything above that price isn't worth buying unless it's a life size figure! then i can see $500 bucks.
