great belt

this is even better that the other one i bought for fishing. It is comfortable and had built in pockets for either ice bags or body warmer bags. plus it's made from a neoprene material that is easy to wash.

I love this belt! I spent hours looking at various belts trying to find one to support the lumbar and sacral area to ease lower back pain and this one is perfect. It is very easy to put on and take off and is very comfortable.It is well-made and durable and can be machine-washed in cold water and air-fluff dried. I suggest you either air the new belt out for a day or two or put in the clothes dryer on air fluff with a softener sheet for several hours to allow the neoprene smell to dissipate if it bothers you.The first time you use the belt you position the velcro "arms" and then leave them attached to the belt when putting on or taking off the belt.Sizes listed on the box are S, M, L and XL and the belt sizes run small, so order the maximum size for your dimensions. This belt is suitable for both men and women but will not fit the individual with a protruding abdomen.It has a pocket for inserting either a cold or hot pack. I suggest you wear it over a t-shirt, etc. to prevent chafing of your skin. A shirt can be worn over the belt so that no one sees it.This belt is especially helpful if you sit for long periods (e.g. at the computer or piano, etc.) and for walking and other exercise. It has made a tremendous difference in preventing the fatigue and discomfort in my lower back caused by poor posture and weak back muscles. I strongly recommend it; it is a good value for the money.

I bought this belt because I've been experiencing some back pain. I wear it during my workouts and it gives great support. I'm 5'3" 125lbs, 27-inch waist. Initially I bought the Small size but it was too small. I could barely get it around my waist. I returned it and ordered the Medium and it's perfect. I definitely recommend sizing up, especially if you plan to wear it over clothing.
