Big and Heavy!GREAT!The zipper does make it easier to put your pants into them but doesn't quite cut it for getting them on and off... I find that speed lacing them so you can loosen them from the bottom up helps, and makes it much quicker to get on (or off ;]).I wear these daily now, and I'm on my feet most of the time, once you get a few miles in on them they break-in well and are very nice.If you're used to the weight of steel toe boots (these are not) these are about the same weight. If you're not, you may need to wear them a bit before wearing them to a club or you may end up tripping over yourself...

Great boots if you know a shoe repair shop.

In a readers digest type format here is what you need to know if purchasing these boots: After a few wears you will need to take the boots to a shoe repair specialist to re-stitch the back heel area on both sides of the boots as they will ultimately tear. I have purchased two pairs of these boots and they will last you several years if you are willing to occasionally drop them off for repair.They look cool, they are comfortable enough, they hold up in pretty much any other facet but the workmanship is beyond shoddy in regards to stitching and material breaking loose in just a few wears.

Big, Georgeous & Heavy!!

I love these boots, they even have that leather smell, ilike so much! That said let me nitpick. These boots at first rubbed on both of my ankles, but after a while it went away. Also the zipper was badly placed, because i have to loosen laces & buckles to get them on and then tighten, which can take a bit of time. I think the zipper has to be back a bit because of the buckles. Let me say i love these boots anyway, and i get alot of comments, all good!
