The company I bought this from went out of their way to make sure I received the costume in time for the party I was going to. At the party all I got was a lot of "WOW's", NICE COSTUME! It was by far the most colorful and had the most pazazz!There was a contest and my costume won for the ladies, and for the guys Jimmy Hendrix was the winner.I was surprised the hat was so well balanced, but didn't trust it enough to just "sit" on my head, so I used the belt as a wrap to secure it. Big fun at this party for me as Carmen Miranda!!!
