Almost perfect

This is NOT your typical, half-plastic gun vise. It is well constructed from hard steel tubing. The leg levers are long and allow for use on any uneven surface. The front support is covered in thick rubber which grips the barrel well without marring the finish. The rear vise is well padded in rubber with a felt coating and slides along the length of the vise. This adjustability allows you to use the vise for handguns as well as long guns.The only improvement I would like would be the ability to tilt the gun once mounted (i.e., rotate it about the barrel). As it is, you can work on the rifle in different positions by unclamping, rotating the rifle, and reclamping.

I did a lot of looking for a good quality gun vice and this one is perfect. Made with high quality and precision metal construction right here in the USA. This gun vice (can also be used to sight weapons with an optional rest) is second to none. Highly recommended.

I looked all over the Internet for a quality gun vise during the past two months. I went so far as to preview recommended models at the local sporting goods stores in El Paso, TX. Junk...Most everything I looked at was pure junk, plain and simple. `Made in China' automatically turned me off. Made in `USA' was definitely my goal. And so I stumbled across ads about the CTK P3 Ultimate Gun Vise. Wow. Made in USA...metal construction in all the right places...strong; sturdy; built to last. And so my choice was simple. This product lived up to it's hype; does everything I hoped it would. Excellent! I highly recommend this product; you won't regret it.
