Did not fit well

This shoe did not fit well. The tongue of the shoe is way too long and hits the top of the foot making it uncomfortable. Again, I didn't appreciate paying the return shipping.

Long lasting shoes. I have a pair thirteen years old and still wear them. The construction is not as meticulous as it was in the past.

I LOVE THESE!

These are the best walking shoes on the planet. They fit perfectly with a very supportive insole and they last forever. I've had mine about 10 years and I am just no ready to replace them. I've have traveled/walked all over the world with these sometimes walking 10 hours a day. You can also send them to Mephisto and they will resole them so they look like new for about $90. That's why they are expensive. But they are totally worth it. And for a heavy duty walking shoe, they look great especially in nu-buck. No need to wear horrible looking big white boat sneakers while traveling....which scream "American Tourist".
