Great Case

Looks great and the outside is made of a plastic that looks like leather but doesn't scratch as easily. See crumpler website for exactly what it is made of. Fits my 15in macbook pro nicely, snug on top, and closes tightly. Slides slightly when in case, but I don't think anything of it. Fits well in my bag I carry it in. The case semi-hard...feels like a tough piece of cardboard inside. Keeps the heat from coming through, so it's a plus when your laptop gets hot on your lap.Happy customer.

Protective AND Well Made

I've had this sleeve for over a year and I like it. It protects my laptop well and it works for slipping the laptop & bag into a backpack, messenger bag, suitcase, etc., or just carrying it in my hand.To Crumpler's credit, the sleeve is very well made and there are no signs of wear and tear. It looks as sturdy and well-made as when I bought it.My only minor complaint is that this is the second sleeve I've purchased of this model and while the other one worked great, this one is just a bit too tight. I have to pull out on the zipper to get it around the corners. The bottom of the zipper is actually rubbed down to the metal from turing 4 corners every time I open and close the sleeve. I wish it had just a little more room.Overall, I'm happy with it, but then again, I'm a BIG FAN of Crumpler bags in general!

Pros:One of my friends owned a School Hymn for his MacBook Pro and I was really impressed with the quality of the materials that are used in the case, so I went and bought one for my unibody MacBook. It fits almost perfectly; it seemed like there was just a tiny bit of wiggle room, but not nearly enough to worry about. It fits the computer very well. The zipper is well constructed, with a large easy-to-grab zipper pull. Since its leather (or pleather?) food / coffee wipes off really easily... which is good for someone like me who spills all the time. Finally, this isn't a floppy case. Both sides of the case have something underneath the foam... I'm guessing a sheet of plastic, that keeps them fairly rigid to protect against little bumps and stuff that happen when the computer gets knocked against a table or door handle (something else that I accidentally do all the time.)Cons:Some people use it on their laps the MacBook fan blows downwards and kinda gets blocked by the foam. Not a problem really... I just don't chose to use it this way. Also, I wish that Crumpler had put one more piece of foam or something around the zipper. I'm just hoping that the zipper doesn't scratch the computer on the inside. The computer is probably isolated by the lining on the inside enough. But you can never be too safe (unless its like a memory foam enclosed Pelican case. That might be overboard for day-to-day.)So overall, a great laptop case. Looks great, feels great in your hands, and protects your MacBook or other 13" computer very well. 5 stars :)
