convenient but leaks

I bought this item for a hunting trip. It comes with several velcro straps and fit perfect on my ATV the spout is spring loaded so it wont spill as you are lining it up with the gas opening. Really smart. The only problem I encountered was that the gas leaks through the threads. I solved this problem by inserting a sheet of plastic between spout and threads when in storage or transport. Overall I am very satisfied. Don't trust the rubber grommet. Get a good thickness of sheet plastic to ensure no leaks. Also if you have the water carrier, as I do, put the water on top so you don't contaminate your drinking water.
