Get it boresighted!

I wanted to replace my Banner 3-9x40 Dusk-Dawn scope with an illuminated reticle for predator and hog hunting. I got this one since I was happy with the other Banner. The 3-9x50 stays clear in fogging conditions and has a good field of view. The illuminated reticle works best on low power settings as the high power settings produce too much glare and reflection inside the scope. My strongest recommendation is to get this scope boresighted on your rifle before taking to the range to zero. I ended up moving the reticle up over 100 clicks and fired almost 40 rounds before it got into the bull's eye. My shoulder paid the price for that experience! Overall, I'm happy with the scope and the price.

great scope

i put this scope on a remington 700 .30-06. i would have had it sighted in under 5 shots but due to some terrible spotters it took me 15. looks great on my rifle, great sight in crosshairs!!! 5 stars for sure

This is a superb general purpose scope and an excellent value! Image is sharp over entire field of view at all magnifications. The 50mm objective lens captures 4x as much light as a a 30mm objective, allows this this scope to perform well under twilight and, at 3x mag even moonlight conditions. The 3-9x magnification is all you can use with a hand-held rifle, and the low magnification keeps the image bright under low light conditions. ( Remember image brightness is proportional to the square of the objective diameter divided by the square of the magnification ) This is scope gives you high quality optics, great low-light performance, the perfect range of magnifications, all at a great price! Buy it!
