Nice Looking but.....

I ordered about 5 pieces of Bush Furniture and 4 out of 5 I have purchased has come damaged (this was damaged). Bush Furniture does not know how to pack their stuff properly and I think that is the cause of the damage.However, Bush will send you replacement parts with no questions asked AND you do not need to send them the damaged pieces. I received my replacement parts about 1 week after submitting my request. I would recommend filling out the Bush Furniture Customer Service web form if you have issues. Make sure on your web form submission you provide them the exact part number you need replaced.The directions that Bush Furniture and the way they label the pieces of furniture is really nice. I have bought some other furniture from another manufacturer and they did not have as good directions or even label the parts. Bush did a good job in this area.
