I have been taking this product recommended by my Homeopathic Doctor for the past 5 months.This one has so many nutrients and is very healthy for you, one scoop a day and you don't really need to worry about a high vegetable intake.One of the benefits about this product is it actually tastes good! Unlike alot of other green foods out there that is tough to get down.I Totally recommend this product for any one who needs Greens in there diet (thats everyone) and the price is better through Amazon than most retail.
