We bought two of these for our home office along with other matching pieces from the Bush line. When they arrived, we could see through the packaging that one of them was visibly damaged and the shipper suggested we refuse the shipment, which we did. Amazon was called and they immediately shipped out replacements with no questions asked. They are heavy, sturdy, and look great in our home office. Putting them together was worth the effort for the money we saved.
