Great product, even better customer service

I ordered this for my adorable granddaughters, and I'm very pleased with it. Originally, it shipped with two incorrect parts, but a call to the manufacturer (Guidecraft) fixed that in short order. Very polite, very professional, and I had my correct parts in 2 days.The instructions are "minimalist" but adequate if you pay attention and actually follow them instead of going the intuitive route. The only tool needed is a Phillips screwdriver, and there are pilot holes drilled for all connections, making it easy to set up. The table is a 2-minute task, the chairs take a little longer (but not so much if you spend some time looking at the instructions...)When complete, it's a nice, sturdy wooden table & chairs that's really adorable and fun for toddlers. The corners of the table are carved, but the center section is nice and flat for "art work" and for plates & glasses. I would definitely order items from this manufacturer again. Cute cute cute!

This table and chair set is so well constructed and strong. An adult can sit at it and we have. It is also, very easy to put together.Only one suggestion for the shipping and handling. It looked packaged securely, but came damaged. Thankfully you replaced very quickly. My daughter had the same issue with the matching toy box.

This set is absolutely adorable. Looks even better in person than in picture. Sturdy too! (My husband 6' tall and 200 pds can sit and play with our daughter - wow!) Some of the animals are raised and our daughter loves to touch them. Another nice feature is the safety latch. We accidentally broke a part during assembly and the company rushed a replacement free of charge even though the damage was our own fault - Great customer service! Speaking of assembly, it was very easy with thorough labeling and instructions. I put together the table and chairs by myself while my husband assembled the toy box. This set will last a very long time! Love this product!
