$70+free shipping directly from Smith Optics!

I love these glasses! I lost my last pair, and was looking everywhere for an affordable replacement. Imagine my surprise when I found these on Smith Optics web site under Discontinued Styles for $80+free shipping for black, and $70+free shipping for tortoise!? They came quickly, new, with full warranty. I am baffled as to why everyone (but Smith) still sells these glasses for $130-$160!?

Hi! I mainly purchased these for the 'clear' lens option, so that I would be able to see while walking, hiking or snowshoeing in snowy conditions. Clear lens goggles are always an option, but that's not always the look I want to have. Clear lens safety glasses are OK, but I have not found a pair that functions as well as I would like. After reading many reviews I settle on this pair of Smith Trace Sunglasses, and have not been disappointed. The clear lens' are not perfectly clear, but I think that must be a trade-off for providing protection from UVA/B/C rays. My pair also included polarized gray lens, a rose lens, and unexpectedly a 'bonus' brown lens. It is very easy to change the lens. These glasses will be larger than you expect, but they have a goggle-like fit. I never came across a single negative review for performance, and unfortunately it looks like Smith has discontinued this model and replaced it with a more streamlined model, the Interlock Spoiler.

Great sunglasses

I use these for skiing and driving. They are very comfortable and the lenses are great! Came clean with a nice case, cleaning cloth, extra lenses, and stickers.
