Quality control issues?

First, BEAUTIFUL SHOES!! They look beautiful on. I, however, think their Quality is slipping. One trip around the family room and they already had strong creases in the toe leather. One nail was sticking out of one heel. These are made in Italy?? Hand made? REALLY???ALSO, a full size off. Bruno has to redo their size chart. They are a full size off of the American chart. If you wear a 10 buy a 9 in Bruno.Otherwise, as far as style? BEAUTIFUL shoe--I hate myself for returning them:(

beautifull awesome shoe

these shoes go great with business casual. the toe box is especialy beautiful. don't worry about the rubber sole. I'm not trying to be smug but people stare at these shoes with awe. I purchased a wide size and they fit perfectly. I never knew I liked this style untill a gentleman at Nordstrom brought them out accidentally. but I reaaaaly think this shoe is a staple to my wardrobe. a very plesant surprise :)
