Good Stuff

We looked at every pot and pan we could, including commercial brands. As a professional commercial kitchen designer, we have many options and we explored them all. Chantal copper fusion offered exactly what we were looking for; attractive cookware, excellent craftsmanship, even heat distribution and cool handles. We have owned a lot of nice "stuff" over the years and Copper Fusion is by far the best cookware we found at any price anywhere.

I got this pan for making curry dishes and other fun sauce-based creations. It is just right for that purpose, and looks good, too! It is fairly easy to clean-- Sometimes I need to use one of those nylon scrubbers, but clean-up is quick.

This pan is phenomenal. It works well for one dish meals and looks nice from oven to table. I use this for everything from meatballs to fried chicken. The clean up is excellent (just soak in water). I had grown tired of the non stick cookware products for health reasons. I was very surprised how well this pan worked without a non stick surface. The right temperature and oil are the key to success.
