This version of our wingtip Brogue has a roomier toe-box and a thicker BEX sole. Same great comfort. 5 Eyelet Brogue Bex sole in the classic. Leather: Smooth leather is a hard wearing corrected grain leather with an unblemished finish. This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are sewn together, not merely glued, like many footwear constructions. This, together with our Z welt-stitch and heat-sealing process, makes it unique to Dr. Martens.

Why can't everything be made like a Dr. Martens?

This is my first pair of Dr. Martens. My wife was pretty excited as she has a pair that she has an elevated opinion regarding.They seem so far to be very well made (owned for almost 2 months now ) and stitched to hold things together. They feel good on my feed, although they are kind of hard. They are clearly not a running shoe so I can live with that.They look great, they have a business casual appearance that you can wear out on a date, to work (standing up or sitting down) or just because.The pair I got were size accurate. I wear a US 12 so I got a 11 UK and they fit exactly like I want.I have no reservations in my purchase. I am quite happy with the quality, appearance, and feel of these shoes. If you are in the market for some nice, sturdy shoes; pick up a pair of these.

They are comfortable, stylish and rugged. I've had them for about a month. They broke in quickly, and the fit is true to size. I'd read that a couple of people were concerned about the shoes being made in China. It appears that doc is very concerned about quality control. So far, I couldn't be happier with these shoes.

Good quality, good support ad they look great on the weekends with jeans! A standard from Dr Marten. They add a little style to typical shoes.
